ServiceTitan is seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst with experience working on the Workday ecosystem to join our Finance & Operations team! This person will also be a part of the Workday implementation team and will act as the preliminary point of contact for all things Workday, HCM, and Finance in order to provide system/technology support.

As our Senior Business Analyst, Workday, you will:

  • Have cross functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Finance modules.
  • Understand systems configuration of Workday HCM (Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time & Attendance) and Workday Finance (Core Fin) modules.
  • Ability to manage Workday HCM/Finance enhancements, resolve functional issues and offer support on ongoing Workday projects.
  • Able to support and resolve production issues through a ticket management system.
  • Able to configure and maintain Organizations, BPs and system security.
  • Work with business teams to make recommendations to improve the functionality and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Ability to independently create custom reports, calculated fields and reporting dashboards.
  • Support Workday upgrades based on the release schedule, socialize upcoming changes within the organization and should be able to prototype upgrades in sandbox for user demonstrations.
  • Ensure Workday functionality is meeting the business needs and aligned with global design.
  • Serve as a domain knowledge specialist on system architecture, business process framework and Workday functional areas.
  • Collaborate with business and other cross functional teams to define the roadmap, prioritize projects and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions.
  • Should be able to interface with business and communicate technical requirements in a user-understandable language.
  • Be responsible for writing and updating HCM and Finance documentation for enhancements and developments performed.
  • Partner with HR and finance SMES to refine existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Evaluate requests for changes, analyze the impact of changes and prioritize the schedule for completion of approved requests.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5 years of workday experience on HCM and/ Financials.
  • Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, documentation, etc.
  • Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.
  • Experience with testing, including definition and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Extensive knowledge of technology planning and operations, design, and deployment, as well as system development life cycle management;
  • Project Management experience and/or experience across a variety of methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
  • Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly
  • Highly flexible, ability to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
