LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Seeking a Support Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX! The ideal candidate would be a reliable collaborative team player who is excited to join a dynamic organization experiencing exponential growth.

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Starting pay: $22.00 to 26.00 (weekly pay + full benefits)

Assignment Length: 6-month Contract

Position Title: Support Coordinator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule: Mon- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

This position will be the back up to the CIO's Admin. Will have the same responsibilities in addition may work to support another internal team. The position will predominately be in the office 8-5 with flexibility for remote once trained.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide backup administrative support to the CIO and AVPs of the Technology Services Department as well as the broader Technology Services (TS) Team.

Maintain Calendar for the CIO and Coordinate Administrative Duties for the CIO.

Maintain AVP Calendars and Coordinate Administrative duties for the AVPs and departmental employees.

Work with the lead Administrative Assistant.

Telephone coverage, arrange executive meetings and travel, schedule and maintain executive itineraries and calendars, coordinate and maintain appointment schedules.

Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings: Town Halls, Director Sessions, Departmental Celebrations etc., including finalizing Facilities set ups, catering, office supplies, etc.

Process expense reports. Compile and finalize PowerPoint Presentations for the CIO, AVPs and broader TS Departmental meetings. Prepare, proof-read and distribute correspondence and reports.

Ensure that timely action is taken on correspondence and telephone calls received by the AVP and the TS Team.

Computer and telecommunications equipment acquisitions, order and maintain office supplies, conference room scheduling, catering, and organizing large team and vendor meetings.

Interact with internal and external customers to resolve problems or handle requests for information or assistance.

Work with other Administrative Assistants in a cohesive team setting as needed.

Work with/support Corporate and TS Facilities as needed.

Assist with general administrative tasks for running the department by performing routine tasks, simple analysis and reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidate must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must have the ability to work well independently and in a team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Must possess above average computer skills; i.e.,

Experience with Microsoft Outlook electronic mail and calendar; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation/graphics software applications. Strong grammar and editing skills are required.

Must be able to handle confidential matters discreetly, work effectively in a team environment with all levels of personnel, including senior management (internal and external) as well as other administrative professionals (internal and external).

Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment with sometimes frequent interruptions.

Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented and possess the ability to be flexible and responsive according to not only departmental but broader Corporate needs (as well as Executive and other Administrative assistants needs).
