Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take inbound calls from customers
  • Understand and resolve questions
  • Perform necessary data entry post-call
  • Improve processes by recommending efficiencies

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Financial or mortgage industry experience is a plus
  • Available for a full-time schedule
