Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

Eastridge is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in Tech Support from HOME! This is a true work from home position that is hiring immediately. We are seeking tech savvy candidates that can keep up with chat conversations, troubleshoot basic tech questions from customers and resolve customer complaints; candidates will be asked to pass a 45 minute typing test to confirm this skill set.
