The Team

Customer Success is Canvas' secret sauce. Our partners love working with us because we deeply understand the recruiting and talent landscape and are "people geeks" at heart.

We are looking for someone who dreams big, is process oriented and has a deep desire to develop and optimize best practices to help drive business value for our ever-growing customer base. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a bias towards action. You are a student at heart and have a deep desire to be a product knowledge expert. You will work closely with our Support and Customer Success team to share trends amongst a large and growing customer base. You take partner feedback seriously knowing that our partners are a key driver of our product's evolution. What You'll Do

  • Learn quickly from our CSMs and team leaders, and build a world class customer success organization with us
  • Partner with our seasoned Customer Success Managers to develop trainings, partner retention materials and documentation to scale with our growing partner base
  • Prioritize your book of business and build deep relationships with the customers you partner with
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and sales teams to educate customers on new features and product releases
  • Own a book of business and drive towards expansions and renewals
  • Drive usage, adoption and return on investment for Canvas partners at scale
  • Deliver a best-in-class partner experience alongside our Support team

What To Bring

  • You have at least 2 years of experience, though you may not have been a CSM! Bonus: you're a Customer Support expert, or you've been a recruiter or a recruiting coordinator
  • Your day-to-day will consist of:
    • 70%: interacting with customers over a variety of mediums (video conferencing, email, webinars)
    • 20%: partner with leadership to design client specific strategies for retention & growth
    • 10%: attending team meetings
    • 10%: completing administrative tasks (internal emails, announcements etc.)
  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships
  • Enthusiasm for a great partner experience, you are excited about becoming a Customer Success Manager on a product built by recruiters, for recruiters
  • Eagerness to own and manage a book of business, including an interest in partnering with sales on renewals and expansions
  • Strength in project management and meeting deadlines, passionate about recruiting and the talent industry
  • You have strong business acumen and admiration for analytics
  • A knack for learning and adaptability to handle tasks wherever needed
