Our Payments Business team powers Stripe's platform for our core product: Stripe Payments. We're solving a very hard problem: making global money movement simple and programmable.

We accept, manage, and payout money across many countries, currencies, and payment methods. Millions of businesses, from startups to the Fortune 100, expect Stripe to be reliable, fast, secure, and effortlessly work at scale. We handle hundreds of billions of dollars every year.

The Payments Business team is responsible for the Payments P&L, and this role is critical to driving projects ranging from margin deep dives, to feature prioritization, to pricing considerations.

You will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe to drive business growth. This may include digging into winning new market segments, designing new business processes to help us scale, launching new products, or unlocking new revenue opportunities.

In this role you will:

Help identify and implement new product and business opportunities
Work with product to prioritize and launch products most important to our segments
Collaborate with cross-functional operations partners to ensure successful ongoing operations and growth
Own key payments programs with critical business metrics
Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes
Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for Stripe
Track projects, timelines and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables
