Remote job description

As a Manager of Growth Development, you will focus on developing, launching, and maintaining integration partnerships across the organization. This role is part business development, part product ideation, and part cross-functional project management. You will operate as a General Manager for the software integration partnerships that help customers get the most out of our platform.

As our Manager of Growth Development (Integration Partnerships), you will:

  • Lead business development initiatives from initiation to completion, serving as a functional advisor to inform and influence product management and design throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Recommend and implement new programs and processes while ensuring a successful transition
  • Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses, financial models, and related deliverables; Size revenue and efficiency opportunities for all initiatives, while prioritizing initiatives accordingly
  • Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies leveraging external parties and software integrations
  • Build and manage partner integrations ecosystem, and define the strategic direction of integrations strategy (including monetization), negotiate partnership deals, and collaborate with the Product team

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in management consulting, business operations, or similar experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent strategic thinking and assessment skills for technical and business ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact through APIs
  • Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage external parties to optimize company initiatives (e.g. implementation partners, resellers)
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management skills: from ideation through execution
