As part of the Product and Technology Group at data.ai, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, I lead the product management team of data.ai. I deliver on our corporate vision with a product strategy and roadmap to deliver Unified Data and AI-powered value over a multi-year journey. I manage our product portfolio of Intelligence, ConnectPlus, and Ascend products across Free and Premium experiences.

You will be responsible for and take pride in...

Direct the product management organization to translate the corporate vision into an actionable product strategy and roadmap, leading company product prioritization
Lead, coach, and grow a team of talented Product Directors and Managers into the next generation of data.ai leaders
Build deep relationships with the field and marketing executives, and gain a deep understanding of customer needs and new opportunities across multiple verticals
Work closely with engineering, data science, design, innovation, and operations to create differentiated value for our users
Work well with global teams based remotely in the US, Canada, The Netherlands & India
Bring a data-driven approach to product prioritization and success monitoring, and own the complete product lifecycle
Participate in "build vs. buy" decisions associated with acquisition opportunities

You should recognize yourself in the following...

10+ years of experience in Product leadership OR equivalent experience leading Product Management for category-defining Enterprise SaaS products, preferably both web-based and mobile
Strong leadership skills & hunger to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty with a strong sense of urgency
deep desire to understand the value that data.ai's products provide our customers and drive the improvement of that value every day in alignment with the premium brand
Strong eye for UX and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment
Domain expertise in one or more Data Products, AI, Web Applications, Mobile Apps, APIs
Experience with Enterprise B2B Products serving multiple Verticals. Experience with product-led growth preferred
Strong analytical and technical skills and a deep understanding of how to leverage data science capabilities
Demonstrated working ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to bring customer needs and requirements into product
Combination of large and small company experience is ideal but the proven ability to scale in an entrepreneurial, rapid growth environment is a must
Global experience and proven ability to work with international remote teams are a must
Strong executive presence; highly influential both externally with customers and partners as well as at the senior management level within data.ai
High accountability, transparency, and passion for execution
Self-starter and entrepreneurial, able to learn quickly and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and shifting environment

Compensation

$250,000 - $320,000 (base salary)
