Lead Business Control Officer

About the role

• Revolut's Business Control office works with department heads to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks.
• We are excited to add an individual responsible for owning risk management in Revolut's first line of defense.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead a team to identify and review operational risks in the business and provide strategic solutions for those risks
• Adjusting and implementing controls within the finance department to champion and achieve operational excellence in this area

Designing and implementing test controls

• Developing and review key risk indicators
• Overseeing the delivery of risk incident reports

Documentation of processes and controls

What skills you'll need

• 8-15 years of experience
• Experience managing operational risk from a First Line of Defense perspective

Strong people management skills

• Experience developing and reviewing key risk indicators
• An ability to solve complex problems, and act with clear judgement in times of uncertainly
• A commercial mindset, allowing you to consult the director of the team

Experience with SOX
