As the Director of Connected Partnerships, you will be responsible for helping drive Strava's success globally through partnerships & product and business initiatives

You're excited about this opportunity because you will:

  • Lead the team responsible for connected partners relationships.
  • Collaborate with leaders in connected integrations and the product organization.
  • Develop targeted strategies for partnerships across a broad ecosystem of partners.
  • Build warm, authentic, and impactful relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Prospect partners, develop collaborative partnership structures, negotiate, close and manage ongoing partnerships.
  • Evaluate inbound prospects.
  • Support Strava product and engineering team to improve Strava's product experience, help build new features, and drive revenue.
  • Research, evaluate, develop and plan new product & business initiatives.

You will be successful here by:

  • Having a strategic mentality and a knack for driving stakeholders to consensus on important issues.
  • Being self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
  • Exhibiting a comfortable approach to working across cross-functional teams and being able to creatively problem-solve.
  • Working in a highly-organized manner, being capable of managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing among many opportunities.
  • Possessing excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of working on impactful and successful partnerships or investments or other relevant projects.
  • You bring knowledge or experience within the fitness industry.
