Our Revenue Operations team enables the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate at their best, together. We're passionate about using systems to support the Go-to-Market process and are excited to architect our stack from the ground up with best-in-class technology. We strive to be a well rounded, empathetic partner to our internal and external customers, helping them get the most out of their time and simplifying their day-to-day operations.

As a Business Systems Manager, you'll architect, implement, and improve our growing GTM systems stack. Your work will be pivotal in providing internal users with a seamless experience in internal tools, allowing them to execute on our GTM vision and clear the path for scale. You'll lead the first principles design, evaluation, and implementation of the Instabase technology stack and go deep into a variety of systems across the GTM spectrum.

What you'll do

• Own GTM Systems at Instabase - define a roadmap, build relationships with partner teams, and deliver on high impact technology projects to enable teams in the GTM organization.
• Execute projects from design through implementation and support. This may involve both hands on technical work or management of consulting resources.
• Evaluate and onboard new technologies to unlock new capabilities and support scaling processes. This is your opportunity to design and implement a modern stack from almost the ground up!
• Enable a data culture at Instabase by making sure our systems are in sync and data is available and accurate for operational & analytical reporting.

About you

• 5-7 years of experience in a Business Technology or similar role, with exposure to the B2B SaaS go-to-market motion and processes preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Marketo, FinancialForce, Outreach, or similar systems.
• Experience delivering a broad range of projects, from technical implementations to process improvement to enablement.
• Can explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
