Job Summary:
The Mandates & Corporate Services Business Analysis Team's provides end to end analysis services for the product, marketing, sales, and digital organizations.
Initiatives and Services include delivery of enhanced capabilities and new products. Initiatives are typically iterative, highly complex with people, process, and technology impacts and multiple stakeholders.
The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Senior Manager. They work in the Agile Methodology to document and produce specific requirements in user stories, define acceptance criteria along with collaborating with business leaders and product owners to help drive complex projects and initiatives with significant impact to the business and / or systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations.
Develop, prepare, and analyze reports for management review.
Collaborate cross-functionally to clearly document business needs as requirements in user stories to for clearly actionable outcomes and expectations.
Elicit, analyze and translate business needs into consumable requirements/stories for the technical teams and ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
Conduct research, impact analysis, scope determination, and determine the level of effort to complete requirement elicitation and define the breakdown of tasks, resource loading, issue tracking, and resolution management.
Identify opportunities for improvement in operational performance by providing detailed information, analysis, and investigation including recommendations and immediate decision making.
Provide analytical support for multiple, complex cross functional initiatives simultaneously, establishes work plans and timelines; coordinates with internal and external resources.
Internal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface with: Mandates PMO, IT and business teams
