What this job can offer you

  • As part of the Benefits team, you would have complete scope to design and continuously update process maps, workflows, standards operating procedures

  • Cross functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Automation, International Operations, Legal, Customer Success Remote teams, to ensure scalability, accuracy and data integrity

What you bring

  • Solid experience in Business Operations in a B2B digital environment
  • Your love of automating manual processes
  • Project management skills to accomplish goals, drive reporting, due date adherence, and process iteration to ensure better quality
  • You are a manager of one
  • You are able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Practicals

  • You'll report to: VP Lifecycle Operations
  • Direct reports: this is an individual contributor position.
  • Team: Benefits
  • Location: EMEA (or anywhere ideally within UTC +/- 6)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
