You Are:

• Use problem solving techniques to complete projects
• Review details of assignments for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a positive attitude and composure while adapting to changing
• A professional with experience learning quickly with a bias toward clear communication
• You are interested and motivated to learn new ways of completing tasks and processes
• Familiarity with keeping and maintaining confidential information
• Able to partner across multiple teams throughout our organization

• Team-oriented, willingness to "pitch-in" when needed and establish relationships throughout the organization

You will:

• Report directly to multiple VP's within the Legal Department and collaborate with other areas of the organization
• Manage heavy calendaring, while organizing commitments in a manner that promotes efficiency
• Help implement and track events that support company initiatives and programs
• Be a team player and gatekeeper to executives
• Draft and edit presentations
• Draft and maintain organizational communications: Confluence pages, organizational charts, meeting notes and other internal documents.
• Execute team and offsite events
• Create and submit expense reports
• Help with Diligent, our board portal management system
• Work hybrid weekly at our San Mateo headquarters
