A Day in the Life...

We're seeking an organized, outcome-driven and highly motivated Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Distribution Office along with their direct reports. Ideal candidates will have previous experience supporting Director level and C-suite executive(s) and/or a large scale sales team spanning multiple time zones. This position will require strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the vision to forecast executive and management needs.

A typical day will involve management and ownership of the team's calendar(s) from scheduling appointments, travel logistics, team and client meetings both onsite and virtual, and the day-to-day agenda management. You will make thoughtful decisions in prioritizing daily tasks and business needs when it comes to Executives' needs. You will be the point of contact for internal and external events, holding a high level of discretion while providing support on complex or confidential matters.

On a day-to-day basis, you will...

  • Organize team professional events, socials, off-sites, partner events, meetings with clients, oversee travel bookings etc.
  • Support Revenue team projects and act as key stakeholder while, managing progress and action items as needed
  • Build cross-functional internal relationships, representing the executive team
  • Plan and optimize travel schedules, especially as our workforce grows increasingly remote
