Position

Executive Assistant to the General Partner (Remote or Hybrid)

*This role has the opportunity to turn into a full-time position after 3-months.

• Working at Feefifo places you in the center of the startup world.
• Schedule, track, adjust all internal and external meetings, both virtual + onsite.
• Partner with the GP in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Understanding of the startup world and venture capital, or eager willingness to learn.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1+ years of startup or venture experience.
• Excellent attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.
• Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
• Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• You've founded a startup, taking a product from 0-1 (bonus if venture-backed).
• You have a degree in CS, AI, ML, HCI, or equivalent technical work experience.

Candidates located within the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority for this position.

Compensation:

$68,000/year to $84,000/year base plus bonus.
