Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take inbound calls from customers asking about a wide range of topics
  • Understand and explain a variety of different products
  • Perform necessary data entry post-call
  • Improve processes by recommending efficiencies

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience in an office setting
  • Available for a full-time schedule
  • Ability and desire to speak with customers over the phone
  • Willing to work from home
