Job Description for Customer Service/ Healthcare Benefits:

Be trained to help employees that have questions related to their benefits or insurance packages
Be trained to help employees find the best doctor's appointments for their benefits

Job Qualifications for Customer Service/ Healthcare Benefits:

Bachelor's degree or experience in any of the following: benefits, insurance, customer service, medical offices, social services, or life/health or gym coaching
Able to work 8am-6pm or 10am-8pm
Must have private workspace where computer with sensitive information can be secure
