• HMC Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Applicant Tracking System
• Ability to Utilize current resources and seek info from team
• Overall communication skills and relationship building with hiring managers

Team

• Supports: Specialty Recruiting - Not high volume recruiting in terms of class room hiring or CSR positions - not the same type of roles day to day
• Supporting home lending within products and strategy - think of cycle of loans to be processed - loan process, underwriting, reviewer and higher level etc.
• Only have 2 people locally
• Open to people working anywhere as long as job gets done right
• Align them with someone in time zone and geography (work from home anywhere)

Must Have No Exceptions:

• someone who is adaptable and good with technology
• HCM (Oracle based Product)experience - only wants to see candidates who fit this mold
• Strong desire for skill set over rate - right now only sub candidates who check all boxes - not someone who is close
• Min 3yrs exp Recruiting - Agency, Fortune 500, Niche Support - Not High Volume CSR Recruiting or Class Room style recruiting
• someone who understands how to find niche candidates - number of positions is high volume number 25 - 30 reqs right now but with conversion anyone coming on working with one role with a number of openings like 100 a month for underwriters
• Understands how to build relationships with candidates and going into detail about what the role is beyond the job description
• Ability to work Independently
