KEYSTAFF is currently HIRING Customer Care Agents to start Working From Home!

These Customer Care Agent roles offer a variety of schedules to fit your needs and we are sure we have something just for you! In this role, you will receive a compensation rate starting of $12.50/hr. but you may be able to earn additional pay based on attendance and performance. For these positions, we ask that you have open availability as there are varied shifts. Although, these roles may be seasonal given our countries current economic state, you will be trained for success, giving you the know-how and skills you need to succeed to create a long term opportunity for yourself!

Job Overview

Customer Care Agents

Customer Care roles can be as fun as they are rewarding and this role is no different. As part of the Support team, you will be helping clients with questions and concerns in regards to their unemployment cases/status. Since you'll be fielding calls of a highly sensitive matter from all over, the best fit candidate for this role will have great patience and understanding and above all- exude excellent customer service and empathy. You will be given the needed training to make you successful in this role

All agent positions are Work From Home (WFH)

Equipment Requirements are listed below:

  • Laptop/desktop (no older than 3 years), Intel i5 core processor or equivalent AMD Processor
  • Computer Type: PC compatible (no MACs)
  • Minimum OS Version: Windows 10 (with all recent updates)
  • Minimum Graphic Resolution: 1024x768 • Sound card with speakers or headset for training audio (During call processing a headset that is attached to your phone is required)
  • Monitor Size: 17 inches or larger
  • Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher, Chrome (current version)
  • Internet Connection: DSL, cable, or fiber optic (no dial-up, satellite, or 4G wireless connections)
  • Internet Speed: High Speed internet access, 5MBPS upload/download minimum
  • Anti-virus Software: Must be on current version
  • Headset: PC headset, preferably with noise cancelling microphone
