Contract Work: Graphic & Web Designer Contractor

Term: Intermittent/On Demand/Short Notice/Quick Turnaround

Education: Minimally a Graphic &/or Web Designer's Associate Degree

Experience: Minimally three continuous years in both graphic and web design

Location: Preferred (but not required) Greater Portland/Vancouver Area - work from home with ability to meet occasionally at our Vancouver Office

Skills Required: The Graphic/Web Designer candidate should have a rudimentary understanding in marketing and storytelling which can be expressed through an artistic approach in presentations of graphs/charts/data. A high proficiency (and personal possession) is required in –

Graphic Design:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom

Web Design:

• Word Press

Microsoft Office:

• Word
• Excel
• Power Point

The Company: A key Northwest non-profit trade advocacy association is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, task driven, self-employed contractor to provide freelance support with our innovative advocacy outreach through various media platforms, presentations, and existing web endeavors. Projects will often be on short notice and quick turn around. Each task may be negotiated compensation either by a previously set hourly rate or a project estimate. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and task completion reliability.
