Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative

Our client is a well-known, established Financial Services Provider. They are looking to hire a temporary, full-time Bilingual (English/French) Call Centre Agent to work from home on a project for 3 months. Salary -- $18-$20/hour
Location – Work from home (laptop/soft phone provided, must have a private area to work and private WiFi)
3 months, could extend

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 1 or more years of inbound customer service/call centre experience (complaint taking experience is ideal)
• Fluency in both French and English
• Quick to learn, self-motivated, hardworking personality

Primary duties will include:

• Providing phone customer service in French and English?; resolving issues
• Data entry and administrative tasks?
