Sales: Work From Home with Telesales

The Locklear Agency is looking to hire like-minded people who are coachable and have a proven track record of integrity and willingness to think outside the box. No previous sales experience or insurance industry experience is required. Both Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

No cold-calling! Each week we mail thousands of Mortgage Protection letters to people who have purchased or refinanced a home. They send these letters back with all their contact information requesting a quote. You simply call them, set an appointment and visit in their home for about 45 minutes to help them pick out the best plan for their budget.

Our time-tested training and lead-generation system is proven to work. Follow that system, and you will have the the tools you need to succeed.

This is a commission-only, sales driven position. You can realistically make 100K+ within your first year and multiple six figures within a couple of years if you are are willing to put in the work.
