Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls for a local government agency due to COVID-19
  • Answer other questions of the customer

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Must have own Laptop/PC
  • Must have a solid (Ethernet) Internet Connection
  • Need to purchase or have a headset with microphone
  • Must be available with the following work schedule hours:
    • Hours and Days of Operation: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
    • Full Time with schedules varying from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM to 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM and everything in between, most would need to work at least one weekend day (Sat or Sun)
