Remote job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various stakeholders for day to day project and account management
  • Manage and oversee the planning and deployment of updates to customer production applications, and post-production confirmation of successful implementation.
  • Manage the production support function including establishing procedures, monitoring, troubleshooting issues and escalation between the customer and internal teams.
  • Maintain change management procedures.
  • Provide regular project status updates on schedule, budget, and deliverables during the meetings
  • Effective follow up with various stakeholders, teams, potential customers, clients, partners etc.
  • Plan meetings, take detailed minutes and send reminders for upcoming appointments
  • Prepare correspondence letters, emails, etc. and assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Maintain records and documents, capture and organize information. Produce project reports

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Google docs a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work from home.
  • Ability to work with remote teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Microsoft certification and knowledge of Power BI a plus
