Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, In platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.).
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience and sets our users up for success
• Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Responsible for continuously editing and revising content for improvements, to ensure users have the best possible experience with a changing digital product
• Consistently work to obtain a deep understanding of our products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or Communications, or equivalent experience with technical writing in the field of software development.
• 2+ years of technical writing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
• Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.

Nice to Haves

• Previous software development experience.
