Freelance Copywriter Browns

Reporting into the Browns Content Lead, you will write innovative and engaging product descriptions, category copy and brand bios adhering to the Browns tone of voice, style guidelines and SEO best practice.

What you'll do:

• Write product descriptions across all Browns categories including Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Beauty, Accessories and Home
• Write brand bios and category copy when required
• Review your products in the CMS and on the live site
• Work to daily targets
• Assist with site audits

Who you are

• You have a writing background, ideally in a fashion e-commerce environment
• Strong grasp of spelling and grammar
• Experienced within luxury retail, with a sound knowledge of luxury fashion, designers and brands
• Able to adapt tone of voice across different categories including Womenswear, Menswear, Kidswear, Beauty, Accessories and Home
• Familiar with SEO best practices
• Competent using different content management systems
• Able to showcase a good understanding of garment and accessory construction
• Committed to delivering first-class work every time, with very strong attention to detail
