About the role:

We're looking for Software Engineers who can build technical tools and scalable design systems. You will build frontend features for Konnect users. You will also build tools, including a component library, that enable other Engineering teams to deliver their features in Konnect seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with Design and engineering teams to uphold standards and consistency. You have a deep understanding of UI principles, an understanding of user experience, and the skill and drive to build pixel perfect interfaces.

What you'll do:

• Work with product managers, engineers, and product designers to create meaningful experiences.
• Build new features and improve upon existing ones.
• Build tools and frameworks that enable other engineering teams to contribute to Konnect.
• Deliver high quality software by writing automated tests.
• Support that software in a production environment by participating in an on-call rotation.
• And any additional tasks required by manager.

What you'll bring:

• Expertise building frontends for enterprise software.
• Experience working with or building plugin frameworks.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills, to collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, Invision and other modern design tools.
• Extraordinary UI implementation skills using technologies like HTML, CSS, and Typescript.
• Professional experience with Vue.js, React.js, or other modern frameworks.
• The ability to validate your work with qualitative and quantitative data.
