Job Responsibilities

Works on all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Develops prototypes and configure custom tools for work flow applications in AWS and Azure Cloud.
Designs features and makes improvements based on user experience data.
Researches and evaluates technical solutions for potential business use.
Creates "40%" Proofs of Concept that may be used for demonstration of technical solutions and reduction of development lifecycle timelines.
Uses common testing and software documentation tools.
Presents software solutions to customers/business users.
Uses common testing and software documentation tools.
Writes software documentation guides.
Collaborates with other members of the software development team.
Undertake special projects as required.

Required Skills

Knows core programming skills and is familiar with software build tools, EE components, testing tools, application containers, and markup languages.
Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Works well independently and has good time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
Collaborates with coworkers and has strong communication, relationship-building, and cooperation skills.

Experience/Qualifications

3-8 years of related experience.
Experience using MS Office Suite software and MS Azure.
Experience using JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, HTML, Jira, REST API, Angular, Springboot, etc.
STEM degree from an accredited university.
Training on COTS low code/no code platforms will be provided.

Education

Position requires BS/BA degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university with 5 years of experience OR a MS/MA degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of experience.
