Senior R Developer

Recast is looking for an R developer to help us continue to push the limits of probabilistic computing using R. We are looking for a developer / software engineer with experience with package development to help us with some infrastructure upgrades (e.g., working with our Airflow consultant to migrate our jobs to airflow).

The core of our platform is stan model and a lot of R code to feed data into the model and process the resulting model fit. We are a no-BS team of advanced R users (statisticians, software engineers) and we are looking for a senior R engineer that can help us level up.

Note: we are not looking for analysts / data scientists that use R for scripting / analysis (no matter how proficient you are!). Actual experience with package development (tools for others) is critical here.

This is a part-time / hourly gig, though could change to full time if things go well (and you're interested). We've got the $$$ to pay competitive rates
