About the Role

As our Senior HighJump WMS Developer you will collaborate with a passionate team of engineers, analysts, and technicians to drive operational efficiency and order processing in our fulfillment centers. You will design, develop, test and maintain implementations of HighJump workflows and SQL Server stored procedures. You will assist in providing training to end users and system's analysts, and provide production support and resolve problems as they arise in the fulfillment centers.

Duties & Responsibilities

Partner with the Product team to define implementation plans based on best practices for HighJump software architecture
Configure HighJump WMS to achieve business needs
Maintain and develop Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures
Evaluate and ensure that application and processes are positioned for scalability
Develop testing approach for bug-free deployments of new features
Build reports and dashboards via HighJump Pulse
Document technical decisions and business processes
Debug and troubleshoot existing HighJump configuration
Provide support to end-users when they encounter system issues

Qualifications

Degree or certification in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or other relevant area
3+ years of SQL experience including stored procedures
2+ years implementing or supporting HighJump Warehouse Advantage with Advantage Architect and Page Editor
Strong knowledge of fulfillment center best practices around picking, packing, replenishment, order waving, receiving, putaway, etc.
Excellent written communication skills including technical documentation
Experience building reports and dashboards with HighJump Pulse
Automated testing experience
Labeling (BarTender) experience
Ability to travel to San Francisco, CA as needed (approximately 1 week per quarter)
