Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. You'll be working on a big variety of platforms to support and expand a set of apps, including the most popular motivation app - with over 20 million users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our website, API and admin tools
• Build data integrations, help define our data model and research ways to improve our sorting algorithms
• Continuously learn new technologies and platforms (Slack app, Alexa app, ML models…)
• Work at all layers of the stack, from AWS, Python, Flask API, SQL to VueJS.
• Take an active role in identifying the tooling and infrastructure needs of the company.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, passion for learning new technologies and genuine care of our users.
• At least 5+ years writing code, 3+ years in Python or Ruby on Rails, Flask experience
• Experience developing, scaling and maintaining high traffic modern APIs
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools
• Proficiency with Git
• Ability to work well with others and communicating clearly in English
• Ability to hack solutions when necessary, making the right trade-offs in dealing with conflicting priorities.
