About The Team

Kafka Connect allows you to build connectors to integrate Apache Kafka? with other apps and data systems. Confluent offers an extensive portfolio of partner-built connectors through Confluent Hub, enabling customers to modernise data architecture much faster and simpler.

The CCET team will focus on building robust verification tools and frameworks for these connectors to ensure the entire community will be able to use them confidently and easily. They will become a key part of not only Confluent's success but also our Partners successes.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years industry experience designing, building, and developing infra as code with a solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, deep focus on quality, and documentation
• Strong fundamentals in infra as code and test automation
• Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in a major programming language, e.g. Java, Go, Python, etc.
• BS, MS in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
