We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions. We're changing the way healthcare performs, and we need someone who changes our minds about what a candidate can bring to the table.

What Impact You'll Have:

Kalderos is looking for a results-oriented Sales Engineer who will collaborate with our sales organization. You should have sales knowledge but also provide advice and support and provide this service to various internal or external customers. You are expected to provide a world-class customer experience by demonstrating product knowledge by communicating that to the prospective customer. You will do this by researching and developing a clear and meaningful value proposition that aligns with our sales account strategy. Sales engineers specialize in technologically and scientifically advanced products and solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Build the technical demos and proof of concepts to enable sales by supporting and closely collaborating with sales executives for the prospect/customer product demos.
  • Data modeling and designing for pre and post-sales workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Data analysis and use case to product feature mapping.
  • Innovate the out of box possible solutions considering the business use cases, product feasibility, and available integration systems.
  • Work with the sales team and collaborate across the cross-functional teams.
  • Drive technical calls on demand.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products and services.
  • Provides product, service, technical, and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Present products or services that would be beneficial to your client business
  • Craft presentations that show clients your product info, efficiency gains, and benefits
  • Determine workflow improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of solutions or services in the customer environment and proposed changes in processes.
  • Create a clear path/plan that bridges from sales to implementation to ensure world-class customer success.

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in roles with technical & business mix of responsibilities.
  • Passionate & inquisitive about the businesses.
  • Keeping yourself updated with business acumen.
  • Exceptional Communication abilities as you work with cross-functional teams across the continents and internally with diversified teams.
  • Understanding of product development and design, application architecture.
  • Understand the data structures and algorithms to relate to the business application and performance.
  • Understanding lean workflow principles.
