React Native Developer

We are a group of experienced founders looking to build a development team for a new app in the grocery quick e-commerce mobile space. This new app will exist separate but alongside our existing app and business in e-commerce.

We seek experienced React Native mobile app developers to build this custom e-commerce app for iOS and Android.

What we're looking for

We're looking for talented React Native developers to start building a new e-commerce mobile app for us, it will initially launch as a minimal viable product (MVP). We will continue to grow and expand the app over time as the project evolves.

We're looking for developers that can:

• Create a well architect app with clean code
• Implement pixel-perfect UI's that match designs
• Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience
• Integrate with first and third-party APIs
• Write unit and integration tests
• Complete two-week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups
• Assist with building estimates and timelines
• Code maintenance using GIT, branching strategies and feature branches
• Provide support to QA teams during sprint testing and end-to-end project testing

Who you'll be working with

We're building a new React Native team that will self-organize and work alongside an existing team already building a suite of REST APIs and backend services for the app. You'll be working with an existing UX design team that is nearing the end of the design and branding phase of the project.

Positions available

We plan to start with a small team of four developers that will work closely to build and launch our app. We expect to hire a mix of mid- and senior-levels developers although this will largely be determined by the skills and experience of the candidates we interview. Salaries will be based on experience with software development in general and to some extent React Native specifically.
