Now more about what we need:
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in designing and developing web content based on best practices for the web, component design, and accessibility, who can help build out new pages, components, and tools for our corporate website. This role is for a full-stack PHP developer, working within the WordPress ecosystem, utilizing modern development best practices.

Need someone who is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in designing and developing web content based on best practices for web, component design, and accessibility, who can help build out new pages and components for the corporate website, as well as work with our Demand Gen team to build out campaign planning pages.

Skills:
Intuitively understand web best practices (responsive design, future-proofing, etc) and accessibility requirements
Intimately understand PHP for WordPress and ideally has some experience with Virtual Composer / WP Bakery and Advanced Content Fields
Understand component design and how to use it within a CMS
Ideally understand the benefits of headless / detached website development
Basic understanding of demand generation processes and best practices

Requirements: PHP, vanilla JavaScript (no frameworks), CSS/Sass, HTML, JSON; Yarn / NPM, git, brew, etc.

Pluses: Experience with Cloudinary, Pardot, and Matomo are preferred.

Extra plus: Ability to work with and create accessible SVGs, and implement them in HTML/CSS

Basic Tasks:
Make edits to existing pages (content and image updates, and layouts)
Clean up existing pages (find and fix errors, accessibility issues, core web vitals issues, etc)
Launch new pages, following Adobe design files
Create HTML templates for email, Pardot landing pages, etc
Update imagery & videos on the site & manage Cloudinary assets
Help Editors with page development and image requests (uploading and managing assets)

Larger tasks:
Build new components for our WordPress instance, developed specifically for WP Bakery & ACF
Develop and launch new interactive tools for the site, and make updates to existing ones
Test & implement plugins for WordPress compatibility
Help build out a headless framework (future-proofing)
