An AIM client is the number one "tech suite" for public safety, first responders, and LEOs. Everything from training, less lethal equipment, to live saving body/dash cameras and evidence management. They write code to save lives is a common saying around the office.

What is the individual going to be doing exactly?

AIM Client's Records has a product that helps Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) collect reports. The reports are customized per customer incident type with different fields and workflows. The form fields may also change based on input. The current system is optimized for a desktop in office or a laptop in a car necessitating that an officer recall details of away from the scene of an incident and away from the communities they support. In order to improve the quality of data being collected and allow officers to spend more time in their communities, this client would like to create a mobile interface for their product called Records on the Go.

Must Haves:

• Sr. software developer with 7+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience with React
• Proficiency with TypeScript, Redux and Webhooks
• Previous agile methodology experience (e.g. SCRUM)
• Quality Engineering Skills

Nice to Haves:

• Functional programming experience
• Experience building for the mobile experience
• Experience with event-driven architectures
