As a Front End Developer, Expert Services you will be part of a team delivering Cresta's cutting edge solutions to enterprise contact centers. Your technical skills and acumen will be a critical part of how we deliver meaningful results with our real time coaching and agent efficiency offerings. You'll be part of our Expert Services team - a quickly growing team of resources who are dedicated to customer project delivery as we onboard our growing customer base.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a proficient front end developer who can work on several customer oriented projects at a time and deliver results on time, and to the required specifications. You should be passionate about producing high quality user interfaces, building testable and readable code, and collaborating with team members to achieve successful outcomes.

What you'll do:

Design, build and deploy desktop applications on top of Cresta SDKs, libraries and APIs. These applications will be used by call center chat or phone agents to receive real time coaching, access efficiency tools, and work more quickly
Meet with Expert Services team members to prioritize and provide updates on work
Participate in testing of deployed applications, troubleshooting and bug fixes
Work with our Product Engineering team closely to provide feedback and receive guidance on best practices for deployment and design

Responsibilities:

Meet deadlines as established by project Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
Build, deploy and test desktop applications using HTML,CSS,Javascript technologies
Help Expert Services improve our Time To Value metric by optimizing the delivery of custom applications
While customer interaction may be limited, you will occasionally work with customer stakeholders to receive feedback or troubleshoot technical issues

We're looking for someone who:

A track record of delivering high-quality, and maintainable web applications
Experience with vanilla Javascript and a front-end development framework such as React, Vue.js, Angular or similar frameworks
Demonstrable development experience with Electron applications, Chromium, and/or node.js
Experience with application development using established SDKs
Demonstrable experience in UI design and usability
Solid understanding of REST based APIs and common database technologies
A learning mindset, a positive outlook and a desire to improve
Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts in a relevant and considerate manner
Care about elegant, efficient, and maintainable code. Know when to test, what to test, and how to write testable code.
Great collaboration and communication skills; ability to work well within a team and mentor other team member
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrable experience of previous application development
