We are building a social network layer on top of the world of blockchain that will empower crypto natives to connect with each other in incredible new ways. Creators, NFT owners, or just everyday natives will be able to use Metalink to better manage their crypto lives, form deeper relationships with other stakeholders, and create/join/participate in richer communities in the metaverse.

Metalink is backed by leaders in the space with extraordinary talent in product, design, blockchain, including a cofounder who has built 2 billion dollar blockchain projects in the last 5 years. We have already identified a killer MVP, have an extensive network for marketing/distribution, and strong financial supporters.

We currently have a co-founder acting as CTO, but we are looking to hire a dedicated tech lead to help us accelerate this project to market.

Functions:

IT Strategy. Participate in product development meetings and understand the overall strategy.
Scope. Assist the product team with building the product to ensure the best use of technology.
Hiring. Hire and train top talent with inspiring and stretching stories.
Planning. Develop solid plans to ensure delivery of the product
Development. Plan sprints and participate in the development of the product.
Lead. Ensure that the team is motivated and aligned with the plans.
Architecture. Build a resilient product that will have exceptional uptime and quality.
Grow. Participate in innovation groups to ensure that the product keeps on delivering value to our users.
