We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Systems & Tools team. This is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sr. Manager of Business Systems & Tools and work cross-functionally to support Wonolo's growing business architecture. Our stakeholders include Product, Sales, Account Management, Support, Finance, and Marketing. You will be instrumental in creating new features and organization on our platform.

Our Business Systems and Tools team ensures all customer-facing teams in charge of acquisition and growth have adequate support to drive the largest possible impact. The main focus area for this team is creating systems to uplevel operations throughout the organization. You will play a key role in facilitating the system foundations through innovation, integration, and automation. You will be the main point of contact for many of our internal stakeholders and ensure that projects are completed on time.

What you'll do:

    • Manage and enhance stakeholder relationship processes
    • Create and manage intake systems
    • Work with Business Systems & Tools members to facilitate projects
    • Uplevel our tool stack through directed evaluations
    • Keep Business Systems & Tools on track for projects and deliverables
    • Determine areas of improvement and prioritization for tool development
    • Be a resource for Business Systems & Tools tools management backup

Who you are:

    • 2-5 years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions
    • Highly capable in scrum and/or project management
    • 1+ Salesforce certifications
    • Solid understanding and knowledge of a Go to Market technology stack
    • Action-oriented. Experience with loading and managing sprint deliverables
    • Desire to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth team environment
    • An excellent communicator. Strong presentation, technical writing, analytical, and communication skills
    • You demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion

Nice to haves:

    • Experience working with product, engineering or other technical teams
    • Experience with Apex, HTML, SOQL, JavaScript
    • Experience with project management tools such as Asana
    • CLM implementation experience
