Summary

You'll work on a team to develop, operate, and maintain the Passio AI platform. The Passio AI platform provides developers with all the tools they need to create, train, and deploy an Edge AI application. The platform is backed by a fleet of containerized Go (golang) microservices running on Google Kubernetes Engine, integrating with cloud storage and serverless functions, and is consumed by a React web client and a suite of mobile apps. You'll work in a dynamic startup environment, practice agile software development, and collaborate with a cross disciplinary team of engineers, modelers, and analysts.

Responsibilities

Work in a team to develop and maintain the microservices, batch jobs, and serverless functions that back the platform
Configure and optimize the Kubernetes deployment of these services and jobs
Develop and maintain the CI/CD pipeline that tests and deploys the platform
Develop and maintain internal tools to improve the developer experience
Produce robust, scalable systems with high quality code

Must Have

Over 2 years of building production systems
Over 2 years of experience with Python, JavaScript, or Go
Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS
Experience with a cloud platform, like GCP or AWS
Experience working with Kubernetes
Experience with Git and version control
Experience working in linux environments
Experience with devops and CI/CD
Experience with agile methodologies
Immediate or near-term availability

Nice to Have

Proficiency with both Go and Python
Proficiency with PostgreSQL
Experience with GCP, GKE, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions
Experience with elasticsearch
Experience with JWT authentication and authorization
Experience with the Statsd, Graphite, Grafana stack
