Backend Developer (m/f/d) TypeScript

Your mission:

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience as freelancer or full-time employee
• You were at least once part of a for a medium/large scale backend application
• You bring a software engineering background and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You love patterns and interesting challenges, you love to evaluate solutions and to try them out
• You are hands-on, reliable and innovative implementing those solutions
• You have experience in how to handle a cloud tech stack: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Mongo/MySQL, and perhaps with AWS (S3, SQS, RDS etc.), Heroku, Docker, ElasticSearch, ORM
• You can work on your own but you love to share your knowledge and work with the team

Your milestones:

• During your first month at Laserhub you will be familiar with code and database structure, you learned how our business operates and deploy first major task and/or database migration to production
• After 3 months you have a deeper understanding of our customers and you will be part in the development of an epic from scratch and take ownership of a technical solution. You will be participating in regular code reviews
• After 6 months our personas are your family and therefore you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a story from understanding the problem and refinement of a card to deployment, monitoring and analyzing
