We are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our team as we continue to grow our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solution - helping organisations prevent financial crime across a global customer base.

As part of the Solution Engineering Team, your primary responsibility will be to set up and configure our Transaction Monitoring solution according to client specifications.

You will work directly with some of our largest clients:

  • Gathering and prioritising requirements
  • Steering them towards the best technical solutions
  • Configuring environments to meet their business needs
  • As well acting as the technical counterpart to our Customer Success teams and managing ongoing customer configuration changes.
  • This role is a great position for someone with a background in software configuration/delivery looking to develop their career in a modern tech company. As the first Solution Engineer joining our team in Singapore this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up and lead our delivery efforts in the region.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building, test and deployment efforts for our customer solutions
  • Support the Customer Success/Implementation teams in the post-sales technical process: configuration, deployment, training and support
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business processes and workflow
  • Map customer requirements to current and future offerings
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Evangelise new product features to Customer Success & Sales teams
  • Provide customer feedback to product management and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or sciences
  • Customer facing experience within the software / SAAS industry
  • Comfortable with logic operators and basic mathematics
  • Confident and articulate in communication with the customers, partners and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese
  • Passionate self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute independently
  • Experience in software/CRM delivery and/or project management.

Desired

  • Hands on experience with connecting to APIs
  • Experience with AML solutions is a big plus but not required.
  • Experience with JSON or YAML based configuration
