The Sales Organization is looking to grow the Sales Operations team with an additional team member to form the analytics pillar of our organization. Our team is looking to make data driven decisions across quotas, goals, commissions and beyond and this person will aid in that process. In addition, this person will take over the management of the commission process including: collaborating with Finance to drive the quarterly calculation of commissions as well as the creation of detailed commission statements for each rep.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Conduct analysis of data from multiple sources to develop compensation and sales planning models across sales roles for payment calculation or analysis, while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Perform audits of all data sources to confirm accuracy and functionality of system/process and manage issue resolution with appropriate teams as necessary.
    • Provide timely responses on commission issue resolution, escalating as appropriate, to inquiries from all levels in the organization.
    • Execute and create commission training curriculum, content, and materials.
    • Identify and support process improvement efforts, while readily accepting new opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
    • Be an integral contributor to the Sales Operations team by supporting data driven decision making through data analysis and data modeling

REQUIREMENTS:

    • You're hungry and understand the startup grind that comes with a fact paced environment and at times ambiguity
    • 2+ years experience in a compensation, finance or analytics role
    • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling, etc.)
    • Experience using G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc)
    • Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.
    • Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of sales commission concepts, sales data tracking systems, processes and methodologies and has experience working with large volumes of data.
    • Stakeholder management skills, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong technical skills and analytical skills with a high proficiency of Microsoft Excel required and having knowledge of Salesforce.com
    • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous process improvements.

COMPENSATION:

    • 85 - 125K + equity salary packages
