About the Role:

As a part of the Sales Transformation team, this team member will be driving all the sales transformation initiatives related to lead and marketing operations.You will work directly with our stakeholders from different business functions like Sales and Marketing Operations, Sales, Sales Development, and IT teams to execute mission-critical marketing systems projects across the organization.

The success of this role depends on how efficiently you gather business requirements around lead, contacts and accounts routing, own platform admin functions, help implement sales and marketing tools, monitor utilization and drive ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Gather requirements & perform documentation, drive sign offs from stakeholders, hand offs to IT, UAT and deployments around leads, accounts and contacts routing
  • Analyze key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems build and run end to end implementation.Write and maintain clear documentation on systems build and integrations with other business systems
  • Own the implementation of lead, contacts and accounts routing initiatives. Perform system configurations on SFDC objects routing tool.
  • Own relationships with key business partners from Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success and ensure that critical business requirements are being captured.
  • Build and maintain the systems backlog for various GTM system areas.
  • Collaborate with IT and other systems team to develop comprehensive solutions
  • Drive demo of new tools and technologies for the Sales and Marketing ecosystem
  • Participate in regular biweekly scrum meetings and work with stakeholders to prioritize tickets and help build a good backlog for IT
  • Work closely with business stakeholders during user acceptance testing for tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off
  • Deliver continuous transformation by identification and design of both system and process improvements.
  • Maintain familiarity with other business systems and platform technology capabilities in order to make recommendations for upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points
  • Be the SME for the marketing tools and systems.
  • Work closely with Sales Enablement team for any tools or process related changes and communications

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the following systems: LeanData, Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo, Xactly
  • Good documentation and business writing skills.
  • Prior experience around key leads and contacts routing tools in SFDC.
  • Good knowledge of Sales or Marketing business processes
  • Hands-on experience around Salesforce.
  • Understanding of various sales and marketing tools such as Salesloft, Leandata, Catalyst, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, JIRA Confluence and any new software applications.
  • WIllingness to learn a new tool in the areas of Sales and Marketing
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Deep analytical skills that uses structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and improve business decision making
