About the Role

In this role as the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Infrastructure you will use modern tools, techniques, and methods to design and develop Salesforce solutions across the business. You will lead development efforts to create technical solutions based on a deep understanding of business requirements. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and configuring and developing custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules. They will play the role of liaison between key stakeholder groups and various technical teams. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developers and Program Managers
• Responsible for leading sales tools strategy and implementation to ensure that each sales channel is equipped to execute their functions efficiently and effectively.
• Solve for scale by building out a comprehensive vision and execution plan to enhance our systems, tools and data accuracy, in close partnership with sales, marketing, product, finance and IT
• Manage the configuration of all new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards and customized applications to support internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment
• Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce and configuring and developing custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules
• Proven ability of building strategy and converting into action in a collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize those that are most critical and produce the most leverage in a fast-moving environment
• Superb stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Full comprehension of standard Salesforce functions, especially in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
• Experience designing and maintaining an implementation that supports cross-functional teams, multiple product and service lines, and various sales motions (new sales, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, etc.)
• A systems engineering mindset - you work from requirements to design in a methodical way, optimizing for the highest quality and most usable output
• Knowledgeable in following tools or equivalent: CPQ, Netsuite, Docusign, Marketo, ServiceDesk, Jira
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
• A working understanding of SOX compliance and what it means for internal systems and processes
