What You'll Do:

1. Support the GTM teams (especially Sales) with a high-performing SFDC

Instance and other apps

2. Build and maintain solutions in Sales/CPQ Cloud, SFDC Billing, and Service


  • 3. Oversee testing in UAT and ensure successful deployments
  • 4. Oversee and ensure the creation of in-depth documentation to be used for
  • Test plans, use cases, system conceptual design, and the general accessibility

Of knowledge

5. Oversee training for end users for new deployments as well as best practices

Using tools such as Lessonly

  • 6. Maintain other business tools that integrate with Salesforce such as Chorus,
  • RingCentral, OutReach, SalesLoft, Gong, Chilipiper, Pendo, ChurnZero,

TaskRay, and HubSpot

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM101) or equivalent competency
  • 3+ years of experience with
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Advanced Approvals
  • Experience with change management and big project rollouts
  • Experience with process improvement and/or project management
  • Experience building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flow Automations
  • Experience working with GTM Systems (HubSpot, Leandata, Outreach,
  • Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Chilipiper)
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouses, SQL and/or Reverse ETL tools (such as
  • Census) is a plus
