We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to maintain our Salesforce CRM and it's connected systems and tools.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be joining a small Sales Systems team that is responsible for maintaining Salesforce and it's connected systems and tools. As a developer, you will be responsible bringing ideas of the business leaders to reality. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop custom solutions to fit business goals across the entire organization. You will be validating requirements from project stakeholders, technical architects and acting on those requirements to build solutions. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of software engineering concepts and be responsible for working on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, and accepted best practices. You will help drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building solutions on the platform and supporting integrations, coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating and modifying existing applications. As a subject matter expert, you should be confident and understand how to push back on ideas that will compromise the integrity of the data and salesforce instance.

What you'll do at Figma:
  • Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce and leverage the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the company's programs.
  • Develop highly interactive UI using Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Develop custom applications using Salesforce. com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems
  • Manage github repository and DevOps for the deployment of development into our Salesforce environment.
  • Remain current with Salesforce technologies and best practices
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce and the Lightning Component Framework.
  • Experience in administration and setup, (e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports)
  • Experience with APIs and integrations. (Preferred)
  • Experience working using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous work experience with application and software development.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases.
  • Self-starter, possessing the ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay organized with prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess judgment, professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
