We're looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to be a trusted partner to our sales team. You will maximize productivity within the sales organization and help our sales leaders succeed in their roles and goals.

Your role will be to intuitively connect with and deeply understand our market drivers, buyers, sales cycles as well as optimize our sales process, implement and manage automation tools, manage CRM data and create a best in class sales operations engine.

This is a high-impact position that will require creative acumen, strategic thinking, an analytical mindset, exceptional project management skills, and an obsession to delight, support and partner with our sales team to drive execution.

What you'll do:

  • Drive onboarding and orientation experience for each sales leader, setting them up for success from day one. This includes optimizing a practical sales playbook, effective training on policies/procedures and introduction to sales automation tools/CRM
  • Serve as an effective liaison between sales (employer, health plan, health system, government), marketing, clinical, market access and product teams ensuring the voice of sales and sales needs are supported
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to ensure that the right sales enablement materials and tools are created to make selling and buying easy at each stage
  • Create custom performance reports and/or dashboards for internal sales, client success and finance stakeholder use, which includes standardizing and building reporting metrics and status reports
  • Lead weekly pipeline and deal flow review team meetings, manage and report on sales metrics, key performance indicators, and insights that drive our business including pipeline reporting, bookings, renewals and churn
  • Work with sales leadership to understand process gaps and opportunities to improve sales process and provide recommendations and execute changes
  • Coordinate and support RFIs and RFPs requests
  • Ensure impeccable data governance, integrity and dashboard reporting in Salesforce
  • Manage other 3rd party tools like Loopio, AdPro, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedNavigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, etc. and ensure tools are effectively utilized in the organization
  • Support recruiting of high-performing sales leaders

What you bring:

  • Prior experience in a SaaS digital health, digital therapeutics business preferred
  • Proven experience leading sales operations, sales analytics, sales reporting, and BDR models
  • Exceptional Salesforce experience, Salesforce administrator required
  • Proven ability to create complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, processes & workflows, uncover trends, and actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and manage Loopio, AdPro, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedNavigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL and data dashboard/programming including building models, forecasts, data analysis and data visualizations
  • Strong self-starter that can own projects start to finish, identify gaps, take action via rapid experimentation
  • Effective communicator, high attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
