About the role

The Core Sales team is the engine for the outbound function. Account Executives identify opportunities, conduct outreach and drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation. The team is focused on solution based sales, uncovering complexities and unnecessary costs in our clients' business financial processes which are addressed through Revolut Business' market leading offering.

Key product offerings include Revolut's market leading FX and hedging, domestic and international payments, innovative company cards, acquiring, expenses and payroll, augmented by constant product innovation and new releases.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading a team of up to 15 Account Executives owning all aspects of performance & development
  • Performance manage your team to create a best in class sales team
  • Coaching and supporting your team, create best practices across the entire sales process
  • Own training and development for your team
  • Taking responsibility for the teams performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter on quarter
  • Drive activity on a daily basis
  • Discover growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets
  • Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 4 years experience within a similar role with at least 2 years management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and drive performance
  • Experience working within a performance management culture
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
  • Keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture
  • Degree in finance / business related subject
